Is the free trial really three months?
Yes. You get the full product for three months with no credit card and no obligation. Most practice systems offer 14–30 days; we think a clinic needs a full quarter to properly settle into new software.
Where is our patient data stored?
In UK data centres (AWS London region). Data is encrypted at rest and in transit and never leaves the UK — keeping you aligned with UK GDPR data residency expectations.
Does Seviko handle GDPR and HCPC record-keeping?
Yes. Consent is captured with timestamps and version history, every change is written to an immutable audit trail, SAR exports are one click, and retention rules (8 years for adults, to age 25 for children) apply automatically. Records are archived, never hard-deleted.
Can we take bookings from our own website?
Yes. Seviko's public booking flow connects to your clinic website: patients pick an appointment type, clinic, date and time, and the booking lands straight in your diary — with duplicate protection built in.

What is Arli?
Arli is Seviko's built-in AI assistant. It turns dictated speech into structured clinical notes, takes voice commands ("book Mrs Shaw a follow-up next Tuesday"), fills forms hands-free, answers plain-English questions from your live clinic data, and builds consent-gated recall lists. It never sees patient-identifiable data or anything belonging to another clinic.
Does Seviko integrate with Noah?
Noah integration is on our public roadmap and in active development. Today you can chart audiograms and record tympanometry directly in Seviko; Noah sync will bring test data in automatically.
